V. Lomonosov. The event was co-chaired by Professor Viktor Antonovich Sadovnichy, President of the Russian Union of Rectors and MSU's Rector as well as President of the University of Tehran, Professor Seyed Mohammad Moghimi. More than 150 Rectors / Presidents from the universities and academic institutes from the two countries took part in the Forum.
