To the Alumni

Welcome back to your alma mater! If you seek a graduation certificate, transcript of records, or any other academic data from ATU, please correspond with the alumni@atu.ac.ir and the members in the Alumni Office will try to reach out to you as soon as possible.

If you are going to send your documents to WES or similar entities: In this case, you should refer in person to the Alumni Office and ask its Head (Mr Nemat Piri) to put your documents in an envelop and post to the verification institute.

Important Note: Currently, ATU is not providing its students and alumni with English transcripts and degree certificates. Thus, to have an English one, you should first receive a Persian document and have it translated at a Certified Translation Agency.

 

 

To Qualification Check Institutes

If you visit this page from a "Qualification Check", "Student Document Verification", or similar institutes and companies, you can send your request to the alumni@atu.ac.ir email address and the members in the Alumni Office will try to reach out to you as soon as possible.

Please include in the email all required documents that need to be verified. You can send your email in care of Mr Nemat Piri, Head of the Alumni Office.

Important Note: Sometimes the alumni office may fail to receive your emails in its inbox due to IP restrictions. Therefore, if it would take a long time to receive replies from the Alumni Office, you are advised to send your emails with a non-official email (including Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc). This might solve the issue.
