ATU participates in 34th TIBF with 650 volumes

Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU) has participated in the 34th Tehran International Book Fair (TIBF) with 650 different titles. During the international fair, ATU President had a visit to ATU's booth and talked on TIBF's Internet TV.
While attending the TIBF, Dr Abdollah Motamedi, ATU President told the TIBF Internet TV: "Universities should participate in these cultural events because they should be able to showcase their scientific and research productions to specialised and public audiences. In addition to academic activities, universities also conduct research, and part of the research activities is published as books. Academic publishers usually produce books which have high academic values, and the value is obtained through rigorous scientific evaluations and reviews. ATU is attending the 34th TIBF with 650 titles."
Dr Davoud Hosseinpour, Vice President for Research, and Dr Mohsen Habini, Head of the Public Relations Office, accompanied ATU President on his visit to TIBF. ATU's booth (No. 85) is located in Salon 2, Western Ravagh, Academic Publishers section of the TIBF.
