ATU Faculty Member appointed as Acting President of Farhangian University

Report by the Directorate for International Academic Cooperation–

In a letter of appointment signed by the Iranian Minister of Education, Dr Saeed Ghiasi Nodooshan, a Faculty Member at Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU), was appointed the Acting President at Farhangian University.

Ghiasi Nodooshan holds a PhD in Higher Education Development Planning from Shahid Beheshti University. Apart from ATU, he has taught at Shahid Beheshti University and the University of Tehran. Secretary of the Recruitment Executive Board at Farhangian University; Member of the Specialized Council for International Academic Cooperation at Farhangian University; Member of the Education Specialized Group at the Directorate for Research and Evaluation Affairs, SAMT Publications; Member of the Academic Quality Assurance Committee at the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology (MSRT); Head of the Strategic Planning Committee at the Vice Ministry for Cultural and Social Affairs, MSRT; Head of the Strategic Planning Office at the Office for Socio-Cultural Studies, MSRT; and Director of Graduate Studies at ATU are among the major positions he has had in his records.
