Located in the capital of Iran, Tehran, ATU has seven main campuses. The main campus, named the "Central Campus" (Pardis-e Markazi), is located in Dehkadeh Olampik (Olympic), District 22, the westernmost district in Tehran. The Central Campus includes the following Faculties:

• Faculty of Law and Political Sciences;
• Faculty of Theology and Islamic Studies
• Faculty of Management and Accounting;
• Faculty of Psychology and Education;
• Faculty of Communication Sciences;

The Central Library and Documentation Centre is also located on the Dehkade Campus. There is also a Sports Complex on the campus. The location of the main/central campus is provided below.
