Allameh Tabataba'i University Professors Honored at National Ceremony

Four faculty members from Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU) were recognised as distinguished professors during the 31st annual ceremony held by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The ceremony, which took place on 30 April 2024 at the Scientific and Industrial Research Organization of Iran, honoured 65 professors from across the country for their exceptional contributions in various academic fields.

Allameh Tabataba'i University honorees included:

• Dr Maghsoud Amiri, Professor of Operations and Information Technology Management
• Dr Seyed Jalal Dehghani Firoozabadi, Professor of Political Science
• Dr Saleh Hassanzadeh, Professor of Islamic Education
• Dr Hassan Kalbasi Ashtari, Professor of Philosophy

The distinguished professors were recognized for their achievements in the field of humanities. The ceremony was attended by Dr Mohammad Ali Zolfigol, Minister of Science, Research and Technology, alongside numerous other officials and faculty members.
