International Student Admissions for 2026–2027 Academic Year
The Centre for Foreign Student Affairs at Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU) has released its admissions guidelines for international applicants seeking enrollment in tuition-paying, non-scholarship degree programs for the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year. The intake covers undergraduate (Bachelor's), Master's, and PhD programs, operating in compliance with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology’s regulations for non-Iranian students.
Key Eligibility and General Conditions
To qualify for admission, applicants must hold non-Iranian citizenship and a valid foreign passport. The university notes that dual nationals holding Iranian citizenship are ineligible to apply. Applicants must also secure general academic clearance through the ADAB platform.
Additionally, candidates currently enrolled in any higher education institution within Iran, or those who have previously obtained a degree from an Iranian university and wish to reapply for the same academic level, are not eligible for admission.
