Tehran Tour Held for International Students of Allameh Tabataba'i University

A group of international students from Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU) participated in a cultural and educational tour of Tehran's Golestan Palace and Negarestan Museum-Garden on Wednesday, 12 November 2025.

This event was organized through the cooperation of the Communications and International Affairs Centre of Tehran Municipality and the Centre for International Student Affairs at ATU. The tour aimed to familiarize international students with the historical and artistic heritage of Iran and to broaden their cultural horizons. During the tour, students visited various sections of the Golestan Palace, the former royal Qajar complex, including the Shams-ol-Emareh (Edifice of the Sun), the Emarat-e Badgir (Building of the Windcatchers), and other historical sites within the complex.

The students also explored the Negarestan Museum-Garden, the summer residence of Fath-Ali Shah Qajar, and its various sections.

The tour was conducted in a friendly and cordial atmosphere. According to the organizers, it provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen empathy and interaction among the students and to create a lasting experience of Iranian culture.
