The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 15 November 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Faculty of Persian Literature and Foreign Languages. The event will feature commentary and discussion from distinguished academics, including Professor Hamid-Reza Shairi from Tarbiat Modares University and Dr Esmaeil Farnoud from ATU, who will serve as speakers.
This event celebrates the recent publication of the book in France by the prestigious publishing house L'Harmattan. Co-authored by Dr Rezapour and Savvi Antoniou, Le Locuteur Inachevé is a significant contribution to the field of theoretical and applied linguistics. The book presents a detailed analysis of the theory of linguistic neoteny across three languages: French, Persian, and Cypriot. Its academic merit is further underscored by a foreword written by Professor Olivier Soutet, a renowned French linguist and a full professor at the Sorbonne University.

The book is structured in two main parts. The first section offers a theoretical analysis of linguistic neoteny, a concept developed by Professor Samir Bajrić of the Sorbonne. The second section employs psycholinguistic and sociolinguistic approaches to examine the performance of language users, with a special focus on the emergence of linguistic behaviors and syntactic structures.
Published in October 2025, the book has already been met with widespread acclaim from academics and researchers in France. This is the second scholarly work by Dr Rezapour to be released by L'Harmattan, following a successful presentation of the work at the University of Burgundy and two specialized international workshops conducted by Dr Rezapour in Dijon, France, marking a significant step in scientific and cross-cultural collaboration.
For those interested in the work, the book is available for purchase through the official sales platforms of L'Harmattan Publishing, including Amazon and Fnac.
