ATU ranked among the top 10 Iranian universities

In the latest ranking results published by the Islamic World Science Citation Centre (ISC) in November 2022, ATU was placed among Iran's top 10 public universities. The ranking is published under the supervision of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT).

In this year's rankings of the ISC, 110 universities from Iran participated and their performance in the 2020-2021 academic year was assessed.

In this ranking, topped by the famous University of Tehran, Allameh Tabataba'i University was placed 9th among all comprehensive universities inside Iran. ISC ranks universities according to six main categories, namely Education (30%), Research (25%), Technology and Innovation (20%), Internationalisation (10%), Economic Impact (10%), and Social and Infrastructural Facilities and Services (5%).
