ATU Vice-President for Construction Affairs

Dr Gholamali Kargar is ATU’s Vice-President for Construction Affairs. He is Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Planning in ATU Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (PESS). He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Physical Education and Sports Sciences from Teacher Training University in 1989 and 1992, respectively. He received his PhD in Physical Education and Sports Sciences, majoring Management and Planning from University of Tehran in 2004. Prior to this, Dr Kargar had served as ATU’s Vice-President for Students and Cultural Affairs (2005-2007) and ATU’s Director of Physical Education (1994-1997).
