ATU Jessup Team Shines in 2019 World Competitions

Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU) Moot Court team gained significant results in the Jessup Moot Court world competitions held in April 2019 in Washington, US. In these competitions, 120 teams from top world universities competed.

After its success in receiving the 1st prize in the national round of the competitions, held in February 2019 in Tehran, ATU's Jessup Moot Court team claimed a license to enter the world competitions in Washington. ATU team was ranked 38 in these competitions, while no Iranian team had yet claimed a rate under 100.

ATU team included Ms Parmida Asadi, Helia Tahanha, Paria Keramatkhah, and Mr Maziar Javid, all Bachelor's students in Law, and coached by Dr Esmaeel Yaghoubi and Mr Farzad Fallah, PhD graduate and Master's student of law, respectively.
