ATU Student Wins Medal in Greco-Roman Asian Wrestling Championships

Mehdi Aliyari, ATU student and Greco-Roman wrestler, won a bronze medal after beating Alimkhan Syzdykov from Kazakhstan.

In the Asian Wrestling Championships held in China, in the 97kg category Mehdi Aliyari, a Master's student of Allameh Tabataba'i University won the bronze medal. With Aliyari's medal and the other 4 gold and 2 bronze medals, Iran's Greco-Roman wrestlers won the Asian Championships gold medal.
