ATU Ranked 10th in the 2016 Vis Moot Competitions
Allameh Tabatabai University (ATU) representative team in the 23rd round of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competitions, held in June 2016 in Vienna, Austria, could upgrade its previous record in the competitions this year! In the 2016 round of these competitions, ATU Willem C. Vis Moot team competed with 310 academic teams, representing 310 international universities, and could be ranked 10th with a score of 1101. The first team of the competition could only have 16 points above ATU Team, 1117.
This was the second successive year that ATU team participated in these competitions. ATU team included Tahmineh Sadat Madani, Fatemeh Abbasi, Behnaz Ensafi Azar, Amir Hossein Tanhai, Hamed Zemami, being coached by Ali Dehdashti and Nima Nasrollahi Shahri. The supervisor of the team during these competitions was Dr Mohammad Reza Pasban, a faculty member of ATU Faculty of Law and Political Sciences.
