Symposiums on "The Idea of the University" held to define ATU’s mission

A series of consultative sessions titled "The Idea of the University" were held at Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU), focusing on clarifying and defining the university's mission.

These specialized sessions took place with the participation of the Board of Directors and faculty members from various ATU faculties. The meetings were organized to foster scholarly dialogue and collective thinking regarding the concept of "The Idea of the University" and the trajectory of its macro-policymaking. In a collaborative and interactive atmosphere, faculty members presented their perspectives from the vantage point of their respective disciplines and fields of study.

During these sessions, while taking into account global macro-trends in higher education, faculty members outlined their priorities regarding "The Idea of the University," supporting their choices with specific reasons and justifications.
