Pavel Pavlov, a professor from Higher School of Economics (HSE University), Russia, delivered lectures in two specialized sessions for professors and students from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences and the Faculty of Management and Accounting at ATU.
The sessions, titled "Color Revolution as a Technology to Eliminate the Unwanted and Control the Remained" and "Russia-Iran Trade Today: How to Turn Good Political Relations into Profitable Trade and Economic Cooperation," were held with the participation of faculty members and students on 17 and 18 May 2025 at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences.
During the lectures, participating professors and students engaged in discussions, exchanging views on the topics. The participants noted that, despite the high level of military-political cooperation and suitable capacities for mutual trade, activities in the exchange of agricultural and food products, as well as in broader trade and economic spheres, remain low. They also concluded that an integrated approach should be adopted for the development of relations between the two countries, encompassing trade, science, culture, and tourism.
