Thirteen ATU journals receive the A Rank from MSRT

Based on the assessment made by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) for Iranian journals' performance in 2021, 13 scholarly journals published by Allameh Tabataba'i University Press received the "A" Rank.
Thirteen ATU journals receive the A Rank from MSRT

Based on the assessment made by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) for Iranian journals' performance in 2021, 13 scholarly journals published by Allameh Tabataba'i University Press received the "A" Rank.

According to Dr Mohammad Sharfi, Director of ATU Press, "In 2019, two titles and in 2020, only one title had succeeded in getting the A Rank." He added: "Out of the 832 Iranian journals published in the field of Humanities and assessed by the MSRT, 128 publications received the "A" rank, of which 13 belonged to ATU, and ATU's rate in this respect is above the average."

ATU's publications receiving the A rank in 2021 are as follows:

 

- Counseling Culture and Psychotherapy

- Public Law Research

- Political Strategic Studies

- Quranic Knowledge Research

- State Studies Quarterly

- Industrial Management Studies

- Tourism Management Studies

- Psychology of Exceptional Individuals

- Management Studies in Development and Evolution

- Iranian Journal of Economic Research

- Journal of Economic Research

- BI Management Studies

- Issues in Language Teaching

 

ATU Press Director added that 21 ATU journals have also received the "B" Rank, of which three titles managed to get a score above 795. Moreover, two publications, the Research Journal on Social Work (RJSW) and the Quarterly Journal of Urban and Regional Development Planning did also succeed in improving their rank from "C" to "B".

Congratulating and appreciating the efforts made by directors-in-charge, editors-in-chief, members of the editorial boards, and officers in charge of the journals, who played a crucial role in this important achievement, Dr Sharafi emphasized the necessity to continue the efforts and planning to improve the quality of the publications at an international level.
