ATU Delegation Holding Specialized Workshops in Afghanistan

Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU) sent a delegation of its faculty members to Afghanistan to hold workshops in Ishraq University.
To improve its academic ties with Afghan universities, ATU sent a delegation of its faculty members to Herat to hold workshops and deliver speeches in Ishraq Higher Education Institute. In this four-day program which was held from 13 to 16 October 2016, Dr Abasali Vafa'i, Dr Mahmoud Mohammadian, Dr Mohammadreza Pasban, and Dr Hossein Salimi Bajestani, faculty members from ATU Faculties of Persian Literature and Foreign Language, Management and Accounting, Law and Political Sciences, and Psychology and Educational Sciences participated.
Dr Mahmoud Mohammadian held a workshop on "Marketing" for professors of Marketing, directors and managers in Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce, and Afghan students; Dr Abasali Vafa'i organized a workshop on "New Methods for Teaching Persian"; and Dr Salimi Bajestani and Dr Mohammadreza Pasban held workshops on psychology and law for Afghan students and faculty. The delegation then went to Herat University and negotiated on signing and MoU and continue the collaborations.
