Director of International Academic Cooperation Meets Iranian Ambassador to Madrid

On Tuesday, 28 June 2022, Dr Seyed J. Faraji, Director of International Academic Cooperation at Allameh Tabataba'i University, met the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Madrid, Dr Hassan Qashqavi, and talked about the possible ways to enhance the role of Allameh Tabataba'i University as the main hub for the academic relations between Iranian universities their Spanish counterparts.

Following this meeting, Dr Faraji also met the Cultural Adviser at the Embassy, Dr Mohammad Mahdi Ahmadi.  After a review of major Spanish universities' potentials, the parties discussed the opportunities and solutions available for greater participation between the universities of the two countries.

The two sides also talked about the Khayyam Centre for Iranian Studies, which is affiliated with Allameh Tabataba'i University and is located at the Universidad Nebrija, and reviewed the possibilities to improve the centre's performance.
