MoU signed with University of Georgia
In the online session held on Tuesday, 28 December 201, Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU) and the University of Georgia signed an MoU on academic cooperation. The MoU was signed to develop academic and research between the two universities and expand the scientific and cultural ties between the two countries.
At this session, Professor Abdollah Motamedi, ATU President, noted that ATU has more than 250 foreign students and likes to expand its relations with distinguished international universities. He then announced that ATU is ready to provide Persian language courses to students and professors from the University of Georgia.
Professor Giuli Alasania, President of the University of Georgia, then pointed to the two countries' long-standing cultural relations and affinities and added that signing the MoU with ATU will develop the ties and the two institutes would have fruitful partnerships.
