ATU faculty member receives the biennial ECO award for research
Dr Mitra Rahnejat, a faculty member at ATU's Department of Political Economy and Public Policy, was awarded with the first biennial award of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).

Dr Mitra Rahnejat, a faculty member at ATU's Department of Political Economy and Public Policy, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, was awarded the first biennial award of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).
Dr Rahnejat's research article entitled "The Impact of Iranian Economic Diplomacy on Iran's Regionalism Policies in the ECO" was selected as the best article in 2021 for its innovation, interdisciplinarity, and its use of combined research method. Competing in the Economy section of the festival, the article was selected from more than 500 articles submitted to the ECO Secretariat.
