اهمیت روابط انرژی بین کشورها موضوعی برجسته برای همه صاحب نظران این حوزه است. افزایش نقش چین در اقتصاد جهانی، این کشور را به عنوان یکی از مصرف کنندگان مهم انرژی در جهان قرار داده است. جمهوری اسلامی ایران همچنین یکی از تامین کنندگان پیشرو نفت و گاز در جهان است. با این حال، مشکلات قابل توجهی در این زمینه وجود دارد. به عنوان مثال، تحریم ایران یکی از این مشکلات است. در این تحقیق به پاسخ به یک سوال کلیدی پرداخته ایم که عوامل تعیین کننده در حوزه روابط انرژی ایران و چین چیست؟ با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و نظریه امنیت انرژی، روابط انرژی ایران و چین را از چند جنبه مورد تحلیل قرار داده ایم. همچنین عوامل کلیدی در زمینه روابط انرژی ایران و چین که عبارتند از: ابتکار کمربند و جاده (BRI)، برنامه جامع اقدام مشترک (برجام)، توافقنامه ۲۵ ساله ایران و چین و ژئوپلیتیک مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت.

The importance of energy relations between countries is a prominent issue for all experts in the field. The increasing role of China in the global economy put this country as one of the significant energy consumers in the world. The Islamic Republic of Iran is also one of the world's leading oil and gas suppliers. However, there are considerable difficulties in this regard. For instance, sanctions against Iran are one of these problems. In this study, we have focused to answer one key question: What are the determinative factors in the field of Iran-China energy relations? With the help of the descriptive-analytical method and Energy Security theory, we have analyzed the Iran-China energy relations from several aspects. We also discussed the key factors in the field of Iran-China energy relations which are the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), a ۲۵-year Agreement between Iran and China, and Geopolitics.
