پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی استعدادها و تواناییهای لازم برای بازیکنان فوتبال در پستهای مختلف انجام شد. این مطالعه از روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی (ترکیبی کیفی و کمی) بهره برد و جامعه آماری شامل بازیکنان و مربیان فوتبال با سابقه حداقل سه سال فعالیت بود. دادههای کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته و تحلیل تم استقرایی جمعآوری و کدگذاری شد و دادههای کمی از طریق پرسشنامه محققساخته شامل ?? سؤال در ابعاد بدنی، روانی، شناختی و فنی گردآوری شد. در بخش کمی، ??? نمونه با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. تحلیل دادهها شامل آمار توصیفی، آزمونهای استنباطی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. نتایج نشان داد که هر پست فوتبال دارای ترکیب ویژهای از تواناییهای بدنی، روانی، شناختی و فنی است و تفاوتهای معنیداری بین پستها در برخی شاخصها مشاهده شد. یافتهها میتواند به مربیان و مدیران ورزشی در طراحی برنامههای استعدادیابی و بهبود عملکرد بازیکنان کمک کند.

The present study aimed to identify the talents and abilities required for football players in different positions. This research employed an exploratory mixed-methods approach (combining qualitative and quantitative methods), and the statistical population included football players and coaches with at least three years of experience. Qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using inductive thematic coding, while quantitative data were gathered via a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of ۸۰ items across physical, psychological, cognitive, and technical dimensions. In the quantitative section, ۳۸۴ participants were selected through stratified random sampling. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, inferential tests, and structural equation modeling. The results indicated that each football position has a unique combination of physical, psychological, cognitive, and technical abilities, and significant differences were observed between positions in certain indicators. The findings can assist coaches and sports managers in designing talent identification programs and enhancing player performance.
