- چکیده
- Abstract Urban management is an attempt to coordinate and integrate the government and the private sector for the issues that city residents face and create more competitive, fairer and more sustainable cities. The aim of this research is to determine the factors affecting integrated service management in urban management of Saqqez city. The statistical population of the research was ۲۵۰ experts and administrative staff of Saqqez municipality, from which ۱۴۸ were selected based on the Morgan table using simple random sampling. The data collection method was a self-made questionnaire from the researcher, whose reliability and validity were examined. The analysis and data were performed using and LIZREL software tools and with analytical factor analysis methods and two correlation coefficient and T-value tests. The research findings showed that the three components of integrated urban management, integrated urban policy-making and factors affecting the failure of integrated management integration can be integrated into the integrated management of urban services in Saqqez city. Also, all items related to all three components are valid for measuring the level of integrated management of safety services in Saqqez city.
